On August 9th, the 19th Cecilia International Music Competition Tokyo Prize Winners’ Concert was held at Akasaka Community Plaza Hall.
More than 50 winners from various categories, including strings, piano, chamber music, and recitals, performed a variety of famous and challenging pieces, making for a day filled with joy and beautiful music.
We were deeply moved by the powerful way you all approached music, like sunflowers defying the intense sunshine of August’s scorching heat.
We are also looking forward to hearing your even more improved performances at the 20th Cecilia International Music Competition Tokyo.
